Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

Beatty & Co. Art Advisory ("Beatty & Co.," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through beattyartadvisory.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

  1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and any details you share about what you're looking for. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies (provided through our hosting platform, Squarespace) to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, and general location (city/region level). You can accept, decline, or manage these cookies through the cookie banner shown when you first visit the Site.

We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Cookies

The Site uses a cookie consent tool that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Essential cookies (needed for the Site to function) are not subject to this choice. You can change your preference at any time using the "Manage Cookies" option in the cookie banner, or through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which provides underlying infrastructure, analytics, and the cookie consent tool referenced above. Squarespace may process data on our behalf as described in their own privacy policy. We do not use additional third-party advertising or tracking tools on the Site beyond what Squarespace provides natively.

5. Your Rights

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:

Confirm whether we are processing your personal information Access, correct, or delete your personal information Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format Opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising (we do neither)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ab@beattyartadvisory.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. If you disagree with how we handle your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if still unresolved, you may contact the Texas Attorney General's office.

Residents of other states or countries with applicable privacy laws may have similar rights — contact us and we will address your request under the relevant law.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
